Hello,
we have bought biznizz account liferay theme by Liferay marketplace for liferay 7.3 version.
We try to register license/app on server but we are not able no do it.
There is no error displayed.
How we can solve?

Please, can you send us the steps you used to register and configured the Liferay license on your server.

We use community edition and in out license manager we seee server information and regarding license information we have this message "There are no licenses registered."


To register app on our server we perform this step:
On license manager on "Register your application" section we add order ID (get from LiferayMarketplace) and in the selection "Product" we can see biznizz account (1 license left).
We select this and when we click on Register we received this error on page "Server encountered an error. Please try again.".

Note that when we choose Product in selection menù, we received on broswer console, this message: Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected end of input

We have no error report on log.

How we can solve?

Have you downloaded the APP + License from Liferay MarketPlace?




When you click on the App + license, it will ask you to add the server information. when you done, you will able to download this version of the theme and you can add the license to your server.

Yes, we already perform this step but we receive this errors attacched.
We are unable to register the app and to use it

Have you trying to restart the Liferay portal and deploy the theme and the license again?
You working on a fresh Liferay portal installation?

Hello,
we try to restar our liferay server, but we have always errors.
Furthermore, adding the license server also fails if you do it directly from the market place.
Would it be possible to register it by giving you the data of our server? or alternatively could you give us a version of the theme that we can install directly? Failing to register the license correctly if it doesn't work we will be forced to ask for a refund.

Hi,

I added the version of the theme biznizz-accounting in your dashboard, you can download it. But you need to clean the old installed version in your server.
Delete osgi/state folder. 
Go to the osgi/wars/ folder and delete the war file of the theme if it exists.
And then restart the server.

Deploy the new version of the theme.
