After installing the Questionairre package, I see in App Manager that 3 portlets were installed, but only the Questionairre portlet shows up in the list under Add->Applications.  Running Liferay 6.2 GA6 Tomcat Bundle with MySQL.

Hello,
The 2 other portlet you can find it under 'Admin/content'
