Hi,
We are testing the Ace theme, but when I install the theme seems like someone already used the trial version, maybe another developer, but I just got the license last Friday(with My account) and I couldn't use it.

Perhaps the problem is some cash but I don't know where.

Thank you for your interest to our themes,
The trial license is not renouvelable, it doesn't work because you're already used the Ace theme trial last year.

Thank you for your prompt answer.
My account never used it, maybe another developer for another project.
can it be related with the IP, or something else? because as I said, I never used it before. I just got the license last Friday.

I found the problem, though I could register yet, the problem was that I was using I old Liferay installation and someone already used this theme on this installation so get an older license.
