I am getting the error message in this subject.  It is requiring me to restart my server to clear it.  I have checked and there are only three people max logged into the server.  Any ideas?

Did you bought the theme from liferay marketplace?

Yes.  If you remember, I had a bunch of issues getting it to show up in my portal so I could actually use it.

Yes our customers  experience sometimes licence issues when they buy the theme for Liferay Marketplace. As explained you per email, please uninstall the theme installed from Liferay Marketplace, delete the corresponding folder in Tomcat and install the one from Themeray instead.
