Looks like new version was placed on your server, however when I tried to download the .war file an error was raised, see attachment. Downloading sources works.

You can't download the theme as long as you didn't purchased it.

I thought you were talking about URC. We know you bought you bought ACE and Inspire already. Sorry again. 
We corrected the link. You can now download the updated package.
