there are 4 icons/images above the first entry in the left menu navigation bar
my first page is "home"
so above home are 4 icons.
green button with bar chart
blue button with pencil
orange with a person
red with gears

how do I change what icons display?
how do I change the URL that the button goes to when clicked?
